Be Prepared For...

Be aware there is little privacy on the Camino.  One of the huge lessons learned: flexibility
You WILL encounter the following on your journey...

1.  Snoring.  Loud.  Snoring.

2.  Sharing a bunk bed with a stranger above or below or next to you.

3.  Taking a shower next to an Italian man singing his heart out. (Nancy)

4.  Brushing your teeth at the sink and having a woman engaging in her daily constitutional on the toilet
     next to the sink. (Andy)

5.  Having men run around the dorm room in their speedos and women running around the dorm in
     their underwear.

6.  People sleeping in your room at ALL hours of the day and night.

7.  Eating supper most nights at 7:00 pm or later.

8.  Someone turning on all the dorm lights at 6:00 am or turning off all the dorm lights at 8:30 pm.

9.  Complete strangers sharing their feet sores with you at the dinner table.

10. Bathrooms without TP, handsoap, and/or paper towels.  Very few have all three.

11. Hanging your underware out on a line to dry right next to everyone else's underware.

12.  Standing in line for an hour, hoping there is space in the Albergue.
