Maps here are a bit sketchy - not always a lot of details. In cities, not all the individual streets are identified. It may be a little stressful at times, but hopefully the cities will be smaller and easier to get around. Will be an adventure, for sure. We do have a GPS so hopefully that will help us navigate.
We ran some errands today and got gas. Know what??? They have men at the pumps waiting to serve you and fill your tank. Remember that from the old days? They even washed the windshield. Pretty nice, except that you are sitting in a car in 105 degree heat and opening the windows just makes it hotter. Ha!!
Have I mentioned that in the mall parking lots you can have your car washed while you shop? Men are waiting there with a nifty little enclosed cart with everything they need to wash it, with your car parked in a regular parking spot. How handy is that???
We ate lunch in the food court...tried a spicy Indian chicken dish this time. Want some?
Better get to bed...want to get an early start in the morning. Should be reporting in from Al Ain tomorrow night.
