Worked around the house cooking and cleaning this morning. Pretty routine. Left at noon for a pedicure at "Mary Foot Spa". Nice young girls working there from the Philipines. Sweet smiles, tho pretty quiet. We were the only ones there by the time we were done. Again, like last year when we went, we were able to pray for them. They appreciated the encouragement. They are unable to attend church because they live too far away and must be at work by 1:00 on Fridays.
More cooking and preparing all afternoon...made two old family favorites....Texas sheet cake and hamburger noodle bake. Everyone loved it. We had time over dinner and during the evening to catch up with the couple from Elmbrook who stopped by on a layover on their way home from Iran. Very cool.
All for now...finishing up a load of laundry and then it's time for bed. One of my goals was to walk every morning from 6 to 7, but it hasn't happened yet. Still not getting to sleep well, so I sleep as long as possible when I can. Need to be up and taking my shower by 7:00 and then hit the road.

Sorry about your sleeping not falling into sink....weather change probably. Sounds like you're falling right into the routine. Glad you are seeing friends...loving the blog as usual. I leave tomorrow for the Bay....so looking forward to it. Love you
