Hey Nancy... I like to use GOOGLE drive to upload videos... lots of space. Then, you can put the link to the video in your blog post. You can also use YOUTUBE. I haven't used eBlogger for awhile, but I'm sure there is a way to embed your videos into the post... check Tutorials and Help Screens to see how it's done. Hope this helps!
