If you ever get to Dubai you MUST go to TGI Fridays on a weeknight and request the balcony seating over the Burj Khalifa Lake. Get there a bit before 6:00. Take your time ordering....Get your drink....look over the menu....order an appetizer...take your time eating the appetizer....order your meal...eat slowly and enjoy every bite...get coffee and order a dessert to share....have another cup of coffee...
Meanwhile enjoy FIVE performances of the Dancing Fountains from up above the lake. They are stunning! And so fun to watch from a birds eye perspective! Also enjoy people flying over the lake on a brand new zip line! It's a fabulous night out not to be missed!

The crowds are gathering on the bridge and around the lake below us...
The sun is setting...it's about 6:15...no daylight savings time here!
The stage is set! There is an 8-10 minute show on the hour and half hour from 6 to 11 each night.
Between shows you can take a boat ride around the lake...
Every show is different - the music is a wide variety from classical to opera to old cowboy show tunes...
The crowds continue to grow bigger as the night goes on...
We finish our dessert and ask to pay...
Our sweet waitress wants to get in on the fun..
Can it get much prettier?
We are down on the ground level with the crowds now...
It's a different look and feel but just as pretty and exciting!
We watch one last show and head for home.
Just as magical as it was when we saw it for the first time last year!
