Everyday chores

This morning I was off to LuLus in the Arabian Center Mall to do some grocery shopping after breakfast was cleaned up.  I tried a new route to get there thinking it would be shorter.  Not so much!   But I did find it.

After lunch I made two 9 x 13 pans of broccoli chicken casserole for a busy day over Christmas.  They each weighed about 5 pounds when I put them in the freezer.  Had a bunch of clean up afterwards.

Right now I am toes up reading for a few minutes before I make tacos for supper.  Funny - I'm really not into cooking.  Normally  I look for recipes that take
45 minutes to put together...but it's what I spend doing much of the time here.

Andy started sanding 2 tables and two stools today...to refinish them.  It was pretty windy so the dust and sand was swirling.  He ended up bringing them into the house.  There's one large room that's out of the way he can use for the project.  Needs to be done before we get really busy.

No walk today...but I did manage to get in about 1.4 miles in the mall and grocery shopping.

Temperature is only 75 today with a little wind.  I may have to wear a sweater for supper outside tonight!

No one coming or going today - should be a quiet night.  We don't have cable and there is not much on TV here.  Sometimes I watch a movie when I iron.

Hope you are having a good day!  All for now!
